Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Oversee employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters Manage performance evaluation and feedback processes Able to present company profile in front of client and principal of colleges.
Qualifications
Graduation pursuing students, Graduate (B.Tech), (BCA)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field 1+ years of experience in HR management Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures Experience managing recruitment and selection processes Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns Strong organizational and time management skills.
