Qualifications required:
– Masters degree in school subject
– B.Ed
Expected skillset:
– Administrative skill (includes handling people, daily school operations, scheduling)
– Proficiency in digital skills
– Fluency in spoken and written English
Prior experience in:
– school processes (Time-table, Examination)
– implementing CBSE bye-laws
– meeting statutory requirements of govt. & other legal bodies
– monitoring quality of lesson delivery
– implementing 21st century curriculum in alignment with NEP2020
