Job Description
We are urgently looking for Office Assistants to be responsible for handling office tasks. Candidates can WhatsApp his/her RESUME with Photo to +91-XXXXXXXXXX (DON’T CALL).RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Handling phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic information.
- Perform clerical duties, maintain files and organize documents; photocopy, scan, fax etc. as needed.
- Writing letters/complaints (Hindi/English), sending its memorial timely and monitoring it in all the possible ways.
- Lodging complaint to Complaint Monitoring System and posting its updates on CMS.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office in all the possible ways.
- Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
- Retrieve documents and files when requested.
- To give all possible cooperation to the Senior Officials in discharging the daily tasks.
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
- Light accounting duties and maintains financial database records.
- Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments.
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the Post Office and Bank.
- Publishing banner, work details and related documents to Social Media Platform.
- Perform all the possible duty as assigned.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence.
- Highly motivated and ability to prioritize efficiently.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities or related field.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the Organization.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision and having valid a Driver’s License.
- Typing Speed: minimum 60 WPM with 90 percent accuracy.
- Familiarity with mobile technology.
- Pleasant, friendly disposition and strong interpersonal communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXEPRIENCE
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be entry level position.
- Competent computer skills including MS Office, Photoshop etc.
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
LANGUAGE:
