RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Organizing office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Performing clerical duties, maintain files and organize documents; photocopy, scan etc. as needed.
- Writing complaints, sending its memorial timely and monitoring it in all the possible ways.
- Preparing letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Lodging complaint to Complaint Monitoring System and posting its updates on CMS.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies.
- Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
- Serving as the Receptionist for the Office, greeting visitors and members.
- Resolving office related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices.
- Giving all possible cooperation to the Senior Officials in discharging his/her the daily tasks.
- Conducting training to new members and correspondents by making videos or by other means and by making all other necessary arrangements for this.
- Publishing banners, posters, work details and related documents to social media platforms.
- Finding and subscribing at least 10 Complainants every month through social media platforms or any other means.
- Performing all other necessary related works as per the instructions.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant/Executive.
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities or related field.
- Typing speed should be minimum 60 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Highly motivated and ability to prioritize efficiently.
- Proficiency knowledge of speaking and writing in Hindi and English.
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- High level verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence.
- Exceptional, active social media presence and familiarity with mobile technology.
- Pleasant, friendly disposition and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Available to work on a flexible schedule.
- Strong organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND EXEPRIENCE
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be entry level position.
- Competent computer skills including MS Office, Photoshop etc.
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
LANGUAGE: Hindi, English and local language
JOB LOCATION: Mango, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
