India Fellow Social Leadership Program Hiring for Design Fellow in Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bihar at Bihar, India

Fellows with a background in design, architecture, engineering, and related fields collaborate with social organizations in the following ways:

• Design interventions aimed at addressing various social issues such as poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, and mental health
• Creating visually engaging communication materials to raise awareness
• Develop digital platforms, aids, and tools to facilitate access to social services, provide online support, and foster community engagement
• Contribute to the creation of supportive physical environments that promote social well-being and inclusion
• Advocate for human-centered design practices across various interventions within social work organizations and agencies
• Provide training and capacity-building sessions for field staff as well as communities
