• Filling positions within an organization.
• Handling all aspects of the recruitment process for professionals in the information technology field.
• Procure people for different IT Requirements
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
• Screen incoming resumes.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Developing own network of suitable candidates.
• Mailing Daily reports to team leaders.
• Meeting the requirements of clients
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Handling all aspects of the recruitment process for professionals in the information technology field.

Requirements-:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be familiar with MS Office.
• Graduates required.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Should Know to speak English fluently.
