Job Description
Required Qualification B Tech Civil having a minimum 10 to 12 years experiencein Real Estate IndustryDuties and responsibilities of project managerMonitoring project programs and creating project status Report for management senior According to resource scheduling team members have the resource they need to complete their risk Scheduling meetings and facilities communication between the team and Vendor or contractor Handless administrative tasks as directed Daily and Weekly review of the progress of work and Reporting of Staff Over View on Ware House Prepare schedule coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projectsEnsure Quality check of material at the site Ensure high precision quality check of construction and finishing work of building Ensure No deviation is allowed other than prior approval from authority Ensure adherence of safety norms by work force deployed at site Preparation of contractor s bill according to agreed rate and BOQ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions Responsible for Planning and Execution of Project Responsible for Team Management Overseeing the development of building construction Keep tab on quality control system in distributed environment Ensure safety measure should be taken by work force deployed at site Keep strict vigil on expenses Update project status report maintain records at site for due diligence Ensure time bound implantation of construction work Job Type Full-time Salary 945 000 00 – 988 391 39 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Speak with the employer 91-XXXXXXXXXX
