Position: Membership Specialist | Marketing And Sales | Business Development Executive Summary: As a Membership Specialist at our esteemed gym, you will play a pivotal role in driving overall sales and revenue generation by actively promoting and selling gym memberships. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective members, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively showcasing the benefits of our gym to potential clients. Your main objective will be to attract new members while also ensuring the satisfaction and retention of current members. Responsibilities: Membership Sales: Actively approach and engage with prospective members to present gym membership options and benefits. Utilize persuasive and customer-oriented selling techniques to encourage sign-ups and achieve membership sales targets. Respond to inquiries about membership plans, facilities, and services to potential members promptly and informatively. Conduct tours of the gym facility, highlighting features and amenities to potential members. Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong, positive relationships with current and potential members to build loyalty and trust. Address member concerns, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution. Regularly follow up with leads and inquiries to convert prospects into paying members. Promotional Activities: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns to drive membership sales and increase gym visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing materials and content for marketing initiatives. Sales Analysis and Reporting: Keep accurate records of member interactions, sales activities, and conversion rates using CRM software or other designated tools. Provide regular reports and updates on membership sales performance and progress towards sales targets. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services, such as personal training sessions or fitness classes, to existing and potential members. Educate members about the value of add-on services and encourage their adoption. Membership Retention: Work closely with the gym management team to implement strategies that enhance member retention and reduce attrition rates. Engage with current members to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring they are fully satisfied with their gym experience. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to remain competitive and informed. Salary: The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 15,000 to 25,000 per Month, depending on qualifications and experience. Qualifications: Graduation Proven 1+ year experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or service industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology to manage leads and sales data. High degree of self-motivation, energy, and a proactive attitude. Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak gym hours to accommodate potential members’ schedules.
