Job Title :- Tool Design – Engineer & Sr. Engineer

Experience 4- 10 yrs

Education BE / B. Tech (Mechanical)

Location Shendra MIDC, Aurangabad.

Roles & Responsibilities –

1. Experience with Press tool die design, Simulation and feasibility study.

2. Knowledge of generating Draw surface and process plan for press part.

3. Understanding of Process knowledge of Tools including manufacturing feasibility and Process plan

4. Software Proficiency in Catia/UG, Solid edge for Tool Design

5. Design the Tool as per Guideline in Casting or Plate Type in 3D or 2D

6. Arrange The Design Review With CFT and explain the concept of tool

7. Maintaining & execute of POKA YOKE as per requirement

8. Awareness of Std., Raw Material And Material cost

9. Awareness of GD & T and Feasibility

10. ECN And DCN Handling

11. Communicate concerns or issues in tool Design

12. Tool Design As per Tool Design Plan And Customer Requirement

13. Awareness of Manufacturing Process for Tool Design

14. Tool Design Release after covering Review points

15. BOM & Drafting sheet check & Release

16. Tool Design sizes and Cost maintain as per given Quote
