Role/ Job Title:Branch Operations Manager- MBL
Function/ Department:Micro Business Loans
Job Purpose:
Branch operations manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch including disbursement and customer relationship.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing micro business loan disbursement.
- To maintain TAT and quality of the files at the time disbursement.
- Checking and disbursement of MBL cases on system based on the company policy and parameters.
- To co-ordinate with all stake holders like Sales, Credit, FCU on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post Graduation: Any Postgraduation
Experience:0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
