Level 1(RBI offices): IT Infrastructure Operations

• Typically monitor and manage RBI IT Infrastructure at RBI locations and central site.

• Resolving escalated IT Infrastructure related problems in coordination with Central team.

• Monitor alerts from Network Devices

• Receive alerts, identify a fault, assign severity, local problem cause and follow troubleshooting procedures.

• Fault management with service providers: fault registration, trouble ticket initiation, follow up problems till resolution and escalation based on timelines and responses

• Trained to perform basic troubleshooting for IT Infrastructure issues.

Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech (CSE, ECE/IT)/MCA/MSc (CS) with Science Background.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 year experience in network handling/network security/server management/virtualization management services with CCNA/RedHat or equivalent Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹17,000.00 – ₹21,000.00 per month
