Role Description

ICE Technology Lab is seeking a full-time Counselor for our training programs, located on-site at our Patna location. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and providing them with information on courses, standards, and prerequisites for admission. The Counselor will also be responsible for identifying and addressing prospective students’ concerns and questions, and will assist in registration and recruitment efforts. The Counselor will serve as a liaison between the students and the instructors, providing them with support and guidance throughout their course of study at ICE Technology Lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or student services in an educational institution preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively over the phone, digitally, or in-person
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the IT industry or technology education is a plus
