Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is India’s first & largest cross-party political advocacy group, widely credited to have revolutionized election campaigning in India. I-PAC is the platform of choice for students and young professionals to participate in and make a meaningful contribution to political affairs, grassroots development, and governance of the country without necessarily being part of a political party. About the Role:

I-PAC is looking for an ambitious and self-driven professional to join as HRBP, who will be responsible for aligning organizations objectives with employees and management. The position will facilitate partnership across the HR function.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirement is met
- Own, drive, advise and support line managers through the annual HR processes around performance, promotions, bonus, annual pay, potential assessment and succession planning
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Conduct one on one skip level meetings on a monthly basis
- Identify training needs for teams and individual executive coaching needs
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
- Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
- Manage end to end employee life cycle
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years of professional experience
- Must be an MBA graduate from a top-tier institute
- Exposure of working in fast paced dynamic work environment
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
