Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller located in Jamshedpur. The AR Caller will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying issues and trends, resolving claims and denials, managing accounts receivable, communicating with payers and patients, and meeting collection targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and analyze payor contracts, EOBs and remittances
• Experience in medical billing and coding
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
