• Setup, plan and sign homesupply through local sources (builders, agents, brokers and home owners)
• Lead a team of Businessdevelopment managers to strategies launchand scale up business operations in new markets.
• Ability to frequently travel onground and generate create a healthy property funnel·Cross-functional approachthrough coordination with multiple teams across organization.
• Proposes potential businessdeals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities·Create an exuberant propertyowner relationship to build on referral networkRequirements:
• Good communication is the keyskill and ability to do business development on ground·Hardworking, energetic, intelligent,enthusiastic and self-motivation is must to have skill·Sales manager experience atbanking, real estate, pharmaceutical or start-ups preferred·Ready to travel as and whenrequired and willingness to work on field.
• 7 – 8 years of overall experiencein sales/Business Development·Min 3-4 years of experience ina people manager capacityImp
