Hyperpure by Zomato is a B2B platform for kitchen supplies and an end-to-end restaurant supply chain solution, operating as a one-stop-shop for the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Caterers) industry.

Position Overview: We are seeking an individual, who will be responsible for leading and managing a team in a dynamic environment. Individual will oversee all aspects of the supply chain operations including supplier management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and risk mitigation. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services while meeting customer expectations and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of warehouse professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Optimise inventory levels, minimise stockout, and reduce carrying costs through effective inventory management strategies.
• Supply Chain Integration: Ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations within the broader supply chain, optimising material flow and minimising lead times.
• Technology Implementation: Leverage technology solutions to improve warehouse efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance data visibility.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks within the warehouse operations, such as supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, and quality control issues.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

What do we need:

• 3+ years in supply chain/fulfilment centre operations/logistics
• Spearheaded large ground teams, championing a culture of excellence and high performance and have an ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organisation to achieve results
