Key Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of inverter systems.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of inverter systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve inverter-related issues.
Lead the planning and execution of IOT system installations and troubleshooting.
Ensure the optimal utilization of solar resources and maximize energy generation.
Implement quality control measures for solar equipment and components.
Oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of biomass power plants.
Establish and maintain quality control processes and standards across all operations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational
efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring they are aligned with the
company’s goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience with bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a
related field.
Proven experience in managing operations in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on
inverters, solar systems, and biomass.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation:
● Maximum salary for this role is 15 INR LPA.
