Husk Power Systems Hiring for Husk Power Systems – Manager – Supply Chain at Patna, Bihar, India

• Handle end to end logistics, warehousing, documentation and data management to ensure 100% on time order fulfillment for B2B and B2C customers of Husk
• Own and manage strategy around warehouse locations and logistics to minimize the cost of operations
• Be the champion of customer satisfaction- take full ownership of superior customer value through operational excellence
• Build, train and manage teams (field and office level) to optimize performance
• Implement the correct software solutions including WMS and OMS to manage operations and fulfillment
• Drive 3PL partnerships

Must Have

• Total Work Experience: 10+ Years
• Prior experience in end-to-end operations, logistics or fulfillment roles in a startup – ecommerce is preferred
• Experience in scaling up warehouses and hub operations from 10 to 1000 orders per day is preferred
• Understanding of multiple WMS and OMS tools
• Comfort in working on ground level and learning and teaching by getting hands dirty is a must
• Experience in handling medium to large teams of blue collar members is a must
• Experience in operating in rural areas of Bihar, UP and Jharkhand is a plus
• Strong business acumen and analytical approach to problem solving using data is required
• Should have the ability to work in an unstructured environment and drive influence across hierarchy and functional lines
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Must be willing to travel and spend a week to 10 days on ground every month

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a top-tier college in any discipline
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic achievements, extracurricular activities, or professional experience.
• Experience of working with analytical tools and working knowledge of MySQL, Big Data.
