Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Location: Bhuj (Gujarat) , Kashmir (Himanchal Pradesh) & Durg ( Chhatisgarh)
Experience: 3-6 Years
Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Agriculture or B.Tech in Agriculture (Diplomas not eligible)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with key clients.
- Promote and sell agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds).
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends.
Job Specification (JS)
- Extensive experience in sales management within the agricultural sector, particularly in fertilizers, pesticides, and seeds.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry and market dynamics in Gujarat.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
