Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Hotel Simna International – India in Muzaffarpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s human resources functions. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in human resources management or related role
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Certifications in human resources management is a plus
