Responsibilities

• Performing surgical procedures to correct eye problems
• Diagnosing and treating eye diseases and injuries
• Prescribing medications and other treatments as necessary
• Providing pre- and post-operative care to patients
• Consulting with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advances in eye surgery and treatments
• Participating in continuing education and training programs
• Supervising and training other healthcare professionals as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• MD/DNB in Ophthalmology
• 2-12+ years of experience in Eye Surgery
• Excellent surgical skills
• Strong knowledge of ophthalmic diseases, treatments, and surgical techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
