- Proven knowledge of travel desk operations and travel management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in using travel booking platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours as needed
- Knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations
Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle all travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Manage the travel desk and ensure availability to assist employees with travel-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and secure the best deals
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines
- Provide support to the Assistant Travel Desk Manager or Travel Desk Manager in implementing travel programs and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursements
- Assist employees with visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel-related documentation
- Handle any travel-related emergencies or disruptions, and provide alternative solutions as needed
- Stay up to date with travel industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve travel processes
