Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Principal at Hill Top School, Jamshedpur. The Vice Principal will be responsible for assisting the Principal in the day-to-day management and administration of the school. This includes overseeing curriculum development, student discipline, teacher evaluations, and parent communication. The Vice Principal will also collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive and successful learning environment for all students.

• Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in student discipline and behavior management
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
• Understanding of educational policies and regulations
• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• Prior experience in a leadership role in an educational institution is preferred
