We are looking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and available seats
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Should be well-versed on GDS Galileo Amadeus
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in reservations and ticketing
- Knowledgeable in travel and tourism industry
- Sales experience and the ability to upsell are a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Bachelors degree in Travel Management or related field is a plus
- Proficient computer skills including the use of MS Office and reservation systems
