Qualification : Any Graduate + MHA Or MBA(Healthcare & Hospital Administration

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1.Ensures proper discipline of staff in Wards/ Floors

– Checks Noise levels

– Ensures Availability of Doctor

– Ensures prompt Response to nursing calls

– Monitors Staff behavior and attitude

Performs following duties related to Hospital Information System :

– Ensures that new admissions received in the system

– Ensures that discharges are completed on time in the system

– Resolves Issues related to Bed Management

– Provides refresher trainings to nurses, doctors, ward secretaries

2. Ensures Patient care by

– Addresses patient problems

– Provides information in case of any queries

– Checking completeness of Medical Record File

3. Supervises the duties of ward secretaries on the respective floor

4. Coordinating ward unit performance.

5. Feedback to chairman/ HOD on compliance to quality standards, Medical Record audit and significant incidences.

6. Ensures that ward secretaries are placing doctor visits, bedside procedures like bedside ECHO, ECG /any other procedure, equipment used, discharge advice

Desired Candidate Profile :

– Manage the day to day Patient Care Services (In- Patient, Out- Patient)

– Personally handle queries to ensure accurate courteous communication, providing all required information.

– Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff

– Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

– Ensure service is proactive responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail.

– Good Knowledge of Computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift

• Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
