Business Numbers
To achieve targeted Business volume at given WIRR and CoA. Individual target for all verticals are met.
Achievement of Stretch Biz target given by Supervisor in units & volume both.
Business Development
Appointment of New channels – DDSA & DSA. Marketing activity – loan mela, sms & mailer activities etc. Visit to dealers/ DSA’s & manufacturer.
Minimum 3 visits per channel per week. Minimum 2 channel appointment in 3 months. Promotion activity as per Requirement
Business Process and Management
TAT achievement & FTNR should be maintained as per the mandate set by Senior Management.
Focus on both Ops & credit FTNR.
Service to channels on timely basis & prompt.
PDDs
Collection of PDDs as per policy.
Mgmt. of Rates / Income
Maintain as per guidelines of Product team.
Off-roll Manpower Management
Appointing staff, training, meeting & review of weekly basis.
Ensuring that minimum Benchmark productivity is met.
Cross Sell
To achieve SK penetration & CASA / Credit Card As per the mandate target set
Mfg. / Banking Relationship
Timely visits and healthy relationship with DDSA / Branch and ADC Channels and Regional OEM offices.
Inventory
To have coverage of Inventory at all major dealerships and to ensure timely repayments within tranche period as defined and retail conversions of minimum 20% from the dealerships using Inventory limits
Collections
Ensure monthly review with collections and need to draw action point, to control Cheque bouncing, early delinquency and overall portfolio
