Group Company HDFC Bank Designation Retail Agri-HGH-Sales Officer Position description To penetrate assigned villages region with Retail Liability Retail Asset Insurance products and attain planned business numbers for Cross-sell products Primary Responsibilities Penetrate Assigned Region Ensure assigned villages regions are penetrated with CASA ME accounts as per assigned targets Ensure centrally assigned productivity levels are achieved in assigned Village Penetration via multiple cross-sell products Extract Cross Sell Business through maximum penetration of products in already existing customer base as well as the New to Bank NTB acquisitions Meet the productivity parameters set by central team Create Promote banking ecosystem in village region assigned so as HDFC Bank presence is felt in rural market Lead Generation Cross-Selling Generate leads for all Cross-Sell products any other products introduced from bank on time to time basis Ensure to drive Cross-Sell objective initiated and communicated on time to time basis Ensure implementation of the product action plan designed for specific village region Repository Maintenance Ensure customer data is mapped against each product in defined system APMS CRM etc on daily basis Ensure 100 correct customer data updating in defined system APMS CRM etc for each product Additional Responsibilities Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time Educational qualifications preferred Category Bachelor s Degree Master s Degree Required work experience Industry BFSI Role Sales Executive Years of experience 0 to 1 Required Competencies Basic understanding of Banking Products Processes Good Team spirit Time Team Management Proficient in local language Proactive focused approach Required Knowledge Experience in Banking or Financial Service industry preferred Required Skills Persuasion Selling Skills Other Reporting Designation Sales Manager xe2 x80 x93 SURU initiatives Reporting Department-Sub BU HGH Other details
