A Acquisition and Value Build Up Work on CA NAV Enablers and catchment for acquisition of Current Accounts Acquisition of 6 Self Sourced Current Accounts LG LC on monthly basis Acquisition of NAV AMB of Rs 10 Lac in Metro Rs 5 Lac in Non Metro location on monthly basis Ensure overall value enhancement from the self sourced customer Achievement of new acquisition value and number plan for retail current accounts for the branch responsibility on new acquisition plans product mix etc will be basis the acquisition model Cross Sell 3 Retail Asset per month Cross Sell Business Asset LAP EEG BBG ECG Business Loan worth Rs 25 Lakhs per month B Current Account Quality Hygiene Responsible for quality of Self sourced Accounts AQB maintenance in self sourced accounts Maintain quality benchmarks for Activation balance maintenance Digital Activation Family Banking Responsible to ensure Customer On-boarding Process Adherence Supervisory Reviews Joint Calls with adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC AML reduction of FTNR Understanding the customer business and prepare customer profiler C Product and Market Penetration Focusing on Profile-based selling approach for cross – sell of value added products services acquisition of new to bank liability customer through Enablers referrals Catchment Visits Support catchment profiling for the branch for CA potential with the help of branch sales team Regular conduct activities in catchment area for lead generation for current accounts have joint activities with other Asset departments for lead generation D Customer Engagement Engaging with Self Sourced Customers to increase balances and Product Penetration E Digitalization Activating self sourced customers on Digital Platforms CBX E-Net Net-Banking Mobile Banking Payment Gateway ME CMS BillPay Ensure 75 of Self sourced accounts are digitally active F Operations Ensure forms are filled properly and processes within TAT Skills Basic knowledge of banking products services Good relationship management and presentation skills Effective communication and influencing skills Preferably having prior experience in sales relationship management roles in banking including branch banking or other banking verticals or financial services
