The Civil Engineer will design, plan, and supervise the construction of infrastructure projects such as buildings, bridges, roads, dams, pipelines, water, and sewage systems . Prepares periodic reports of field conditions and work progress. Compiles a variety of technical data relative to the completion of assigned projects. May participate in projects involving the use of computer for engineering applications. Gains experience and proficiency toward the journeyman level.

Assist in developing designs, drawings and specifications for engineering projects. Plan and allocate work orders for field staffs .
