Roles and Responsibilities –

To handle distributors and visit retail outlets in the market.
Responsible for primary & secondary sales.
Plan and achieve Daily and Monthly Sales targets.
Ensuring High level of impactful visibility and availability to increase offtakes.
Increase percentage market share in relation to competition in existing markets across all channels.
Identify and establish new markets.
Daily reporting of sales achievement against daily and monthly targets.
Develop business partners and their teams by providing consistent direction, information and inputs to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Enhance daily demand of Milk and milk products by working regularly in the market ensuring maximum availability and visibility.
Provide quality customer service and grievances redressal ensuring high degree of Trade recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile-

Qualification- Graduation in any field

Experience- 1-6 years preferred in Field sales.

Location: Siwan, Gopal Ganj, Muzaffarpur and Motihari
