Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director at GulfHindi’s academic campus located in Patna. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, Hiring, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management
• Proficient in developing and implementing HR policies
• Ability to handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Experience in performance management and talent development
• Familiarity with labor and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree with experience in Human Resources or a related field
