Role Description
This is a full-time internship remote role for a Farmer Relationship Manager. The Farmer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with farmers and ensuring their needs are addressed. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, and provide customized solutions based on farmers’ unique requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Must be fluent in Hindi & at least anyone regional language.
• Working knowledge of the agricultural sector in India
• Experience in a customer-facing role or relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management or a related field is a plus
• Experience with data analysis and the ability to use data to guide decision-making
