Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Controller at Grand Mirage Dhanbad, a member of Radisson Individuals. The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and auditing. The Finance Controller will also work closely with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met and assist with any financial analysis required for strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations based on findings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Relevant professional designation (CPA, CFA) is preferred
