Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at GP Styles in Patna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
