Role Description

Godawari Harsh Constructions Pvt Ltd. is seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager, Must be Post Graduate with at least 5 to 10 years experience in civil construction Work

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Creating clear and concise reports.
• Giving helpful and engaging presentations.

Minimum Requirements :-

• MBA/PGDM (HRM)
• 5-10 years experience in civil construction Work.
• Strong knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Excel, HRMS) and the
• ability to produce attractive maps, graphics, and written documents.

Monthly CTC: INR 30,000/- to 35,000/-
