JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR GENERAL MANAGER :-

• Should have knowledge of calculating cost estimates, budgets and schedules
• Selecting appropriate construction methods for the job and budget
• Explaining contracts and technical information to employees
• Supervising construction personnel and activities onsite
• Developing work-arounds for delays and other problems
• Making sure the project meets all building and safety codes.
• Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Control budgets and optimize expenses
• Ensuring employees motivation and productity.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Minimum Requirements

• Civil Engineering with MBA/ PGDM.
• Total 15 years of experience with 5 years of Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Rich Experience in planning and budgeting
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical ability
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Proficiency in computer skills in MS office, word, excel, AutoCAD, power point and other daily use software.

Monthly Salary: – INR 70,000/- to INR 80,000/-
