We are looking for Oracle-HCM consultants(Techno-Functional role) with Payroll/Compensation with Fast-formula exp.

This is Payroll Techno-Functional Demand we need Payroll, Absence /Compensation, Core HR, Recruitment Exp. Primarily.

Exp 7 to 10 yrs

NP:- 30 days

Location: Pan India

JD

7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud

Ability to understand the client business requirement, configuring the solution and conduct workshop with the client.

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and support.

Experience in creating payroll definition, element creation and proficiency in payroll process.

Experience with Absence Management implementation and support

Experience in creating eligibility profiles, absence plan, type, reason, and categories.

Experience in HCM security component

Experience in creating fast formulas.

Experience in creating and managing flex fields.

Experience in data loading/conversion using HDL and HSDL
