Germi Hiring For Team Leader ( Sr . Manager ) at Ranchi

• Should have Project led at least two (2) projects

• Should have supporting any Govt. (Central or State) or their nodal agency or their Companies or PSUs for Development of Renewables Energy.

• Experience of working in rooftop, ground mounted solar PV projects/Solar Park, Bio Energy Projects and MNRE Scheme like PM-KUSUM etc.

• The Team Leader will be in charge of the services delivered by Project Management Unit (PMU).

• To work with the clients on an assigned project to identify solutions to business problems and streamlines processes

• To manage and mentoring the team assigned to the project; in order to execute and complete assigned projects within the time and scope with the client;

• In-depth knowledge of solar trends and technology

• To evaluate existing systems and procedures and making recommendations for improvement;

• Manage project communication and documentation in English Hindi Language

• Managing and coordinating Project Management Activity

• Develop and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations related to project

• Develop Detailed Project Report, Detailed Feasibility Report, Tender Documents and Evaluation of Bids, etc

• Liaise with project stakeholders, internal and external Stakeholder, on an ongoing basis

• Assessment of Commercial aspects

• Client management and liaisoning

• Policy Analysis and Regulatory work on behalf of the client related to Solar Wind, Bio-Energy, Hydro (Renewable Energy)

• Work on Financial Models

• Policy Analysis and development

• Payment process co-ordination for projects

• Project proposal development

• Organizing meetings, as required, with the client, subcontractors and internal resources to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation

• Good Knowledge of latest Renewable Energy Policy Regulations and latest MNRE Scheme etc

• Any other things as and when delegated by management time to time.
