• To effectively manage and coordinate the Operation teams in the Northern Region.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Preparing proposals for prospective clients
• Follow up with clients for documentation and bill generation and bill payments
• Coordinating events related to product launch and demo
• Networking with existing clients to generate leads and support services to close those deals.
• After sales support and client relationship maintenance
• Support Team members Handling deals with documentation, contract registration, tender process
• Willingness to travel

Job Location: Remote (Candidate can work anywhere in North India)

Keralites/Malayali Settled in North India region preffered.

Skill and Qualification Required:

• Qualification: BBA & MBA , Any Degree with relevant experience
• Experience 1-3 years in operations management
• Language: English, Hindi, Malayalam

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
