Job Description
Single technical reference point of contact for Engineering dept. in front of Customer in the phase from Installation of turbomachinery equipment to Commercial Operations.
Working in close association with Design Engineering and Fleet Management functions she/he will coordinate the resolution of the field technical problems and will work closely with Field Service engineering organization to overview the implementation of the identified solutions.
Authorize and coordinate engineering modifications required in field due to design inconsistencies or request of changes.
Coordinate with design team to assess the impact of a Customer Change Order and supervise the implementation.
Interact and coordinate with design teams for solving Non Conformities, RCAs and identifying opportunities for Change Orders.
Attend customer meetings to discuss design, specifications, project configuration and/or any kind of technical issues, understanding their needs and ensuring they are properly transferred to the design team.
Review site markups and coordinate with design engineering to revise the technical documentation for the finalization of As-Builts.
Available to travel to site and spend time with site team to streamline communication and speed up issues resolution
