Required Qualifications. Work Knowledge. Experience And Skills

• BE/ ME in Mechanical
• Certified for Vibration CAT-3, MLA/MLT, MLE, Ultrasound Level, IRT Level
• More than 5 year Professional experience in the industrial/Maintenance Sector

Carry out online and offline vibration analysis, thermography, alignment and lube oil analysis as set out by the condition monitoring program and issue technical and investigation reports as required in addition to regular preparation of condition monitoring reports

• Identifying and reporting on potential failures within a process
• Provide support to maintenance management during maintenance, repair, modification, commissioning and testing of the machinery and equipment.
• Performing predictive analysis and Root cause analysis
• implement condition monitoring survey of rotating equipment and carry out analysis.
• Responsible for technical aspects of asset care, reliability and integrity of rotating equipment.
• Analysis of retrieved condition monitoring data and advising of condition of critical equipment
