Roles and Responsibilities

Key Position Accountabilities (Pilot Plant Design Engineer and Project manager):

Operational

• Accountable for ensuring that RD Capital projects are delivered on time and within agreed constraints of resources and budget:
• Supervise the final negotiations for the allocated RD Capital project and provides the execution strategy inclusive project charter
• Ensures that the RD capital project schedule baseline is signed by the involved parties at the start of the project
• Responsible for the overall RD capital project schedule in the execution phase.
• Manage the allocated RD capital project to achieve the project goals and objectives.
• Manage and lead the project team to achieve and further improve the cost, schedule, quality and EHS targets
• Perform proper risk and opportunity management
• Perform negotiations with clients, partners and/or contractors
• Prepare and perform Project Reviews as requested
• Develop and maintain corresponding relationships with clients, partners and main contractors to ensure smooth operation of projects and smooth dispute resolution
