Synopsis:

We are searching for a self-motivated Sales Manager to help with organization expansion in India. The Sales Manager will lead all Sales Business Development activities to ensure sales targets are met with profitable jobs. Responsibilities include complete ownership of all Sales, Business Development and General knowledge of Commercial terms compliance requirements in the industry. You should also be comfortable living at Northern India. You will be directly reporting to General Manager of the company.

To be successful as a Sales Manager, you should be a competent public speaker and have good networking abilities. Outstanding candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

Job Responsibilities

• Should have a strong pipeline for the Oil Gas industry exclusively in fireproofing works
• Should be able to deliver immediate results in current market conditions
• Create quarterly and annual sales forecasts by estimating the total sales, gross and net operating profits with due consideration to competition, industry trends and economic indicators.
