Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Gardengram located in Purnia. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gardening products and tools, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring quality control, and optimizing processes for efficiency. You will also be involved in processing e-commerce orders, liasoning with shipping vendors, tracking orders and ensuring minimum RTO orders.
Other part of the work would include engaging with the gardening community. Strong leadership and organization skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in operations management or a related field
- Knowledge of gardening products and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with suppliers
- Attention to detail and ability to optimize processes
- Experience in the gardening industry and e-commerce is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
