Hiring Area Business Manager with rich experience in Pharma sales.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead a team of medical representatives to achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for the assigned territory.
• To ensure sales of all brands in all markets through ethical and profitable methods.
• To monitor identification and Rx contributed by list of Drs and develop relations with them to grow business.

• To ensure collection of dues within the stipulated time period

• Meeting retail chemists to make sure that the company products are easily available for patients
• Meeting authorized Distributors/Stockists to ensure that the products are always available in the territory

• To ensure that all his team members are following company norms and marketing strategies
• Achieve monthly sales target
• To manage inventory and billing at C&Fs
• All necessary Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to be submitted and updated in CRM.

People Management

• To develop, train and coach the Medical Representatives for effective RCPA and in-clinic performance

• To build engaged, enthusiastic, energetic and effective TEAM of Medical Representatives
• To reduce attrition and recruit competent MRs in case of vacancies

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Bsc., Pharma- Preferred)

Experience:

At least 1-2 years in manager position in pharma
