We are currently recruiting for a number of Team Leaders to join our Investigation and Supervision department. Team Leaders for a well-established Investigation & Survey Consultant Organization & have an integral role in leading and managing our Investigation Officers who are at the forefront of investigating reports about misconduct and regulatory breaches.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Investigation Executives providing quality advice and case direction.
- Accountable for the oversight and progression of investigations in your team.
- Support and develop your team to become excellent customer focused investigators, working to the highest standards.
- Be part of the Investigation and Supervision leadership team, helping to implement changes and improvements.
- Work collaboratively with other areas of our organization to take action to protect the public.
As a Team Leader you will manage and develop your team of Investigation Officers who manage a portfolio of investigations. You will provide operational and technical leadership, oversight of key decision making, and you will lead and support on the most complex matters.
With previous experience of managing investigations, you will drive your team to deliver high levels of quality work and customer focus and will make sure cases are progressed in a timely manner. All documentation and reports produced by your team will be to the highest standards and you will have responsibility for optimizing their performance in line with set objectives and KPIs.
With experience of mentoring and developing people, as well as performance management, you will provide strategic input into your team’s work. Working with the senior management you will communicate regular updates and reviews, particularly around high profile and sensitive matters.
You will have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders at every level. We are also looking for strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex issues succinctly in a challenging environment.
- Assist in the planning and running of an efficient Survey & Investigation Process.
- Support and train new Surveyors & Investigation Executives
- Ensure all quality data requirements are accurate and up to date
- Produce regular quality reports and statistics
- Drive Quality investigation process improvements
- Manage and resolve any Services & Investigation issues and escalate where necessary
- Identify development needs for team and provide support
- Ensure safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety procedures
- Any other duties required by company from time to time
Educational Background:
1. B.E / B.TECH CSIT/MCA/M.sc IT/ BCA IT/B.sc IT
2. Must Be from CBSE/ICSE Schooling Background with Good Academics.
3. Excellent writing Skills & Typing accuracy in English Mandatory.
4. System Proficiency mandatory.
5. MS office Package proficiency.

Job Purpose
To support the Trainee Cum Assistant Investigation Supervisor through managing the Responsibility of survey & inspection team, provide line management to the team, planning workloads and supporting team to ensure teams delivers their targets. Assisting in developing team members by focusing on individual performance and providing support to achieve high standards.
Both hands-on and supervision of the Survey & Investigation requirements of both supplied components and Claims Report in build process adherence. Measure, control and administer Working segment adherence to design specification, and productivity build adherence to the process / work instructions. Support and drive implementation of preventative / problem-solving solutions to internal / external quality concerns. Provide leadership and support to the Operation team and drive targets to meet output of Organizational Business needs.
Candidate Specification
- Experience in managing Survey/ Investigation Reports Assurance
- Experience in Field Work In Service industry
- Ability to motivate, develop and supervise others
- Analytical and numerical, excellent attention to detail
- Good IT Skills & DMS Management Required.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding customer deliverables and impact of poor quality
- Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including a good level of presentation skills (verbal & written), but focused and summarized on a need-to-know basis where relevant.
- Maintain a professional direct and indirect approach with all members of the company. Credibility at all levels within the operations business. Focused on the management of sectors within the operations business only.
- Excellent man management skills, including the ability to act as a coach to the team and provide encouragement and support.
- Decision-making based on overall business requirements and best practice. Able to work to tight timescales and under pressure, whilst maintaining a calm, prioritized, and structured approach to all tasks / issues.
Hours of Work
6 days on/1 days off – Dayshift – 09.30 Am – 06.30 Pm
