Primary Responsibilities: .
- Work with the team in the identification, selection, mapping and profiling of the artisans
- Understand the artisan ecosystem and connecting, mobilizing, developing and managing long term relationships with artisan cluster in states and support development of their craft
- Responsible for team-management and supervision of the deliverables of TCMs and ELs in the assigned project districts
- Support in project management and execution by ensuring project scopes, objectives and deliverables are met and delivered on-time, within scope and within budget for their respective region and ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Establish proper monitoring system for field execution and progress of projects, resource allocation and management as well as providing feedback for improvements
- Engage and liaison with key stakeholders of the assigned region. Work with entities to address rural artisan needs and requirements and provide convergence support to artisans/beneficiaries to support their career opportunities
- Work with the internal and external stakeholders in the – Backward and Forward – Market and Financial Linkages
- Work closely with the design and merchandise team
- Coordinate with the training team, design team and sales team
- Coordinate and Organize meetings and trainings, ensure their attendance as per the schedule and provide Post training support for beneficiaries of JAYA
- Create and maintain comprehensive project reporting and documentation
Skills and Qualification required:
- Knowledge of various craft forms of the region
- Prior experience from similar background -social /rural development sector and working with rural communities
- Experience of engaging with local artisans would be preferred
- Strong geographical knowledge and connect; Speakslocal language
- High performing multi-tasker.
- Lead by example approach in handling team; proven track record of having previously built and lead successful team.
- Good experience in using MS Excel and creating reports.
- Good communication and analytical skills; ability to understand business model, potential challenges and inputs for improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and temperament suitable for relationship handling with different stakeholders
Travel Requirement: The candidate must be willing and ready to travel to all the project districts assigned in the state/region as per the project requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Salary: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
