Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and deliver end to end New to Blue program for all new hires at Delhi NCR and locations
- Excellence in demonstrating effective and well-articulated verbal and written communication
- Expertise in handling bulk volume onboarding across bands and business units
- Proficiency in understanding of compliance requisites, joining formalities including statutory benefits like PF, Gratuity etc.
- Ensuring all mandatory joining documents are uploaded on colleague personnel files both physical and electronic copies, working knowledge of tools preferred
- Excellent working knowledge and proficiency in MS office
- Vendor Management (Ideation, price negotiation and invoicing)
- Upkeep of inventory, logistics as required for physical onboarding
- Responsible for rigorous tracking of various process metrics daily
- Creation of dashboards with data insights
- Stakeholder Management- actively coordinating with different teams and partner wherever required
- Should be able to work with global and other cross-functional teams
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in HR, onboarding experience is a plus
- Excellent presentation and oratory skills with a flair for public speaking
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint Word etc.
- Incumbent should be an effective team player who can collaborate within the team and share ideas and also seek feedback as desired
