G Identity Solutions Pvt Ltd Hiring for Assistant Project Manager – Operations Job at Patna

You shall be the Single Point of Contact in the respective zone for the project. Working from BSFC Head quarters, but you should travel to the Control Rooms and Godowns within the districts of your respective zone whenever required.

You should be reporting to the Project Manager, BSFC and the Project Manager of 4Gid or any other officer nominated by the company from time to time on daily basis.

You should monitor the activities of the operators at the Control Room and the Godowns in your respective zone.

You should coordinate with IT Managers in your respective districts and monitor all the activities of Control Room and Godowns functioning.

You shall visit every Control Room and Godowns in your respective districts you are posted and along with the IT Manager of respetive District, shall contact the respective District Manager to ensure smooth functioning for Control Room and Godown Operations.

You will be responsible for satisfactory performance of all the IT Managers, Control Room Operators and Godown operators in the respective zone you are posted and troubleshoot any technical issues.

You shall train the officials of BSFC and the all the staff of 4Gid involved in the Project on the usage of software and shall clarify doubts about its usage periodically.

You should inform the Help Desk at the BSFC Head Quarters in Patna for any technical issues you may face.

You should inform the Project Manager of 4Gid and Help Desk in case of any change in your contact details like Mobile Phone, Address etc.

You shall not install any software other than the software installed by 4Gid in any of the Desktop and Laptops using for this project under any circumstances

You shall not be involved any corrupt practices while carrying out your tasks as an Asst. Project Manager during your employment with 4Gid. Any such events by any other person involved in the execution of this project that may come to your notice should be reported to the Project Manager, 4Gid immediately.

You should update the activities and works carried out by you in the online Project Reporting Portal on daily basis and also you should ensure that all the team members under your supervision are also updating their activities in the online Project Reporting Portal.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
