Quality Assurance:

Establish and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the production process.

Implement quality assurance programs to ensure the consistency and excellence of the final products.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in quality standards.

Health and Safety:

Prioritize and enforce health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment.

Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees.

Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to the production team.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team efficiency.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the production budget.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control production costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

At least 10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of ply and bamboo product manufacturing processes.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control standards.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
